The Lyris Real-Time Retargeting solution provides digital marketers with access to detailed web browsing and shopping cart abandonment data to help surface new segments and automate remarketing efforts. Lyris Real-Time Retargeting is delivered in partnership with Triggered Messaging, a real-time marketing software provider.
The Lyris Retention Automation solution is focused on loyalty and empowers retailers with eCommerce transaction insights to effectively analyze purchase behaviors, automate retention campaigns, and build profitable segments. Lyris Retention Automation is delivered in partnership with Windsor Circle, a leading provider of Retention Marketing Automation software.

Lyris Real-Time Retargeting
Lyris Real-Time Retargeting integrates data collected by Triggered Messaging’s software into Lyris’ applications to help marketers to identify key trends, including highest product interest, abandoned shopping carts, and other browser behaviors. With this insight, Lyris customers can design, build, and immediately execute more effective targeted campaigns and promotions.

Lyris Retention Automation
Lyris Retention Automaton leverages Windsor Circle data to automatically populate a retailer’s Lyris application with highly-targeted customer segments directly from a leading eCommerce platform, including best, loyal, and churning customers.

Merchants using other eCommerce platforms, including in-house or custom software, can leverage Windsor Circle’s data feed to access customer, product, and purchase history data within Lyris applications.
