We are logged in on Lyris HQ all day, I am always viewing the reporting and measuring success and results of our campaigns. With the easy to understand reporting views in Lyris HQ, I can quickly see how campaigns are progressing. With several different types of customers, we have multiple lists to manage. In essence we were creating work for ourselves managing each of the lists separately. We have started using the new Lyris HQ and so far it has been pretty awesome. With the new interface, we can edit multiple eblasts at the same time. This makes our team more productive and saves time, as it decreases downloading time and the familiar browser-based interface is easy to use.

Being able to view reports, groups, segments and messages all at the same time enables me to focus on many aspects of my campaign development. The new user interface is convenient and makes for an efficient workflow and will save me time, while expanding what I can do.

We are using Lyris HQ mobile for on-the-go monitoring of our campaigns. We love the application and find it very useful and thorough on minding campaign results, enabling us to take action when needed.
